Vegas GP Prize Draw

Official Rules

Last updated: 14 October 2026

Draft copy for legal review. Replace the bracketed details with the promoter's final wording before launch.

1. No purchase necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this prize draw (the "Draw"). A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.

2. Who can enter

Open to legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia) who are 21 years of age or older on the day of the draw. Employees, contractors and sponsors of [PROMOTER NAME], and their immediate family members, are not eligible.

3. Entry period

Entries open at [OPEN DATE] and close at 23:59 Pacific Time on 21 November 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Entries received after that time will not be counted.

4. How to enter

Complete the entry form with your first name, last name, email address, mobile number, country, date of birth and ball number, confirm US residency and that you will be 21 or older on draw day, agree to be present at the draw, and accept these Official Rules and the Privacy Policy. Each person may submit one entry only; duplicate email addresses are rejected automatically. Entries may be cancelled on request at [CONTACT EMAIL].

5. The prizes

One entry covers both prizes. The winner chooses which prize to accept:

  • Option A — a McLaren: [MODEL / SPEC], approximate retail value [ARV].
  • Option B — a spaceflight: [FLIGHT / PROGRAMME DETAILS], approximate retail value [ARV].

Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative. If a advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the promoter's control, a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Taxes, insurance, travel to the handover or launch location, and any other costs not listed are the winner's responsibility.

6. How the winner is chosen

The winner is selected from all valid entries by a software draw run on [DRAW DATE]. The draw algorithm and its result are recorded with a timestamp and are independently auditable. Any on-site LED ball, screen or lighting display is a reveal of that recorded result only — it is never the source of truth for who won.

7. Notification and claiming your prize

You must be present when the draw takes place. If the selected winner is absent, the prize passes to the next entrant.

The winner will be contacted by email and mobile within [X] days of the draw and must respond within 48 hours, confirming eligibility and signing an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release. Failure to respond, or a determination that the winner is ineligible, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate.

8. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

9. Conditions and disqualification

By entering, you agree that your entry data must be accurate and belong to you. The promoter may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, provides false information, or enters through automated means. Entries are the property of [PROMOTER NAME].

10. Release and liability

You release [PROMOTER NAME], its affiliates, agencies and prize providers from any liability or claims arising from acceptance, possession or use of a prize, or from participation in the Draw. Prize providers are solely responsible for delivering their prize and for all related safety, training and regulatory requirements.

11. Governing law

These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Sponsor

Sponsor and administrator: [PROMOTER NAME], [ADDRESS]. Questions about the Draw or these Rules: [CONTACT EMAIL].

This Draw is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Formula One Management, the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix, McLaren or any space provider. All names and marks are the property of their owners and are used for identification only.
